New phase: development of 36 individual villas in Polop. Set in a quiet area, only 1 km from the town. With marvellous sea views. The urbanization is very secured as it is closed with an entrance barrier and cameras. The streets are paved and illuminated. There are large communal gardens, a communal pool for both adults and children, a large community building used for leisure or socializing incl. gym.  There are different types available, either with 2 or 3 bedrooms with 2 or 3 bathrooms. Some villas also have a guest toilet. Part of the villas is distributed on one level and the others are on 2 levels. Air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, solar panels for hot water, equipped open-plan kitchen, pre-installation of photelectric panels and pre-installation of electric vehicle charger are included.
