In the heart of this typical Spanish village surrounded by Murcian country side. The main town where there are secondary schools, 24 hour medical centre and all services you will need is only 10 minutes drive away by good but quiet roads. The international airport is only a 15 minutes trip, while the beaches are about 30 minutes away. Surrounded by excellent fast roads to get you anywhere you want. The house is semi-independent with a good sized front terrace and a lock up garage, also accessible from within the house. On entry to the house, you are in a hallway with a good-sized bedroom on each side and then a spacious living-dining room at the rear. Air con installed here.
