Santa Catalina Town House. This house has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, a small living room with a fireplace, a bathroom. On the upper floor there is a large living room with a kitchen with lots of light, as it opens onto a terrace, where you can make a solarium with a nice grill. We have 200 meters from the central market where there are restaurants, pharmacies, banks. and on Saturdays stalls of clothes, plants, kitchenware, etc. are installed. outside and inside the market, vegetables, fish, meat, all homemade. Pinoso (El Pinós) is one of the richest cities in Spain, with a marble mine, a flourishing shoe industry, salt deposits and a flourishing wine and agricultural industry. The city is located in the mountainous countryside of the Alicante wine region, 45-50 minutes drive from Alicante airport, the city and the beaches and close to the Murcia border. Pinoso has all the amenities you need: Supermarkets such as Consum, Dia, MasyMas and Hiperber, a wide range of restaurants including Irish and Indian bars (50+), a 24-hour medical center, English-speaking dentists, veterinary, a market weekly on Saturday and indoor market open 6 days a week. Pinoso has 3 elementary schools, a secondary school and a music school. There is also a new cultural center that houses a library and Spanish classes open to foreigners. Throughout the year Pinoso has its traditional Spanish Fiestas with renowned parades and musical performances throughout the country, bonfires with a magical feeling and where people go out into the streets. There is also an annual running of the bulls (bulls are not hurt!) That draws crowds from across the region to watch the brave participants join the bulls in the special arena. The town of Elda & Petrer is 20 minutes away by car, it has a large hospital with English-speaking doctors, a variety of bars and restaurants, an indoor shopping center, a large international gym, Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl, cinema with movies in English that are screened weekly, bowling alleys and fast food establishments. Alicante airport, the city and the beaches are only 45 minutes away by car.
