Lovely house on the edge of a typical Spanish village dependent on agriculture. Quiet location in a residential area with direct access to country lanes for walking or cycling.  Just a few minutes walking distance to village centre with doctor, bank, bars , supermarket , chemist and schools. Only 7 minutes in car to nearest big town, Fuente Alamo, with its weekly farmers market and supermarkets and   typical facilities of a big country town. The main AP7 motorway is only  3 minutes by car, as are the other main arteries leading out all over the region and beyond. Just a 20 minute drive takes you to the famous beaches of Puerto de Mazarron or Isla plana, or to the historic port of Cartagena(365 day shopping centre ). The house is on a corner plot. It has its own lock up garage. At the front of the house there's a tiled terrace/garden.
