The Villa: The villa features a large open naya which acts as the second lounge and dining area for most of the year and overlooks the gardens and pool area. From the naya and through the metal front door you will find the L-shaped open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The lounge has a cassette style log burner (all the heat without the smoke) and the log burner has ducting to distribute heat throughout the villa. The lounge comes complete with a brand new sofa, tv, tv unit and table. There is a lounge area with a beautiful rustic style dining table with 4 chairs and a country kitchen with many appliances and storage hidden from view in two large cupboards either side of the fridge. There is a new washing machine, oven, dishwasher......... There are 3 double bedrooms in total and all have new beds and wardrobes. There are 2 great sized bathrooms, one with bath and the other with a shower. The Exterior: This is a lovely private plot and the beautiful trees offer a shady respite from the long sunny days this area is renown for. The feature is of course the private swimming pool and pool terrace just a few short steps from the villa. The garden area has been designed for low maintenance but maximum impact and would be suitable for a holiday homes as well as full time living. There is a beautiful entrance gate (Electric with remote) and you approach the villa through the trees to a shaded parking spot. The villa also comes with its own Almond grove set just below the villa. This plot is maintained free of charge by the local farmer who takes the almond crop as payment, however you are welcome to as many almonds as you wish during the harvest towards the end of summer. This almond grove is stunning in the spring with all the blossom in full bloom and has to be seen. This is a beautiful villa that was only purchased this year by the vendors, however an unforeseen health issue means that they are unable to use the villa that they have so lovingly made into a home and they sell with a heavy heart.
