Villa Cortijillos nestles in a quiet hamlet offering peace and quiet yet only a short drive to the village of Alcaucin where you will find bars, restaurants, shops, banks and medical centre. The entrance is via electric gates onto a large parking area leading to the rear terrace which offers complete privacy and stunning views over the Alcaucin valley. Whilst there is currently no pool the landscape offers itself to an above ground pool that would be level with the terrace. Entrance to the villa is via a typical large wooden Spanish door leading to the hallway. To the left is a good size kitchen with typical Spanish units and a utility room leading off this that has doors onto the terrace. An archway from the hall leads to the generous lounge which benefits from an open fire as well as air conditioning. A brick archway takes you to the dining area which has patio doors leading out onto the rear terrace. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower cubicle. Of the three bedrooms the master is a good size double with built in wardrobes and air conditioning unit, bedroom two is also a good size double room and the third bedroom is a large twin room with air conditioning.
