beautiful scenery and area!! just a few minutes from the famous Salto del Usero water source and the well known wine town of Bullas. Just a 30 minutes fast motorway drive into Murcia, regional capital city and all it has to offer,too!. Specially imported from Finland, a wooden chalet set on a spacious plot of pine, working almond  and centennial olive trees, with its own pool and summer kitchen. Barbecue, too!! Easy access via driveway up from the lane entrance.Easy parking within the fenced plot. The total area of the plot is 30000m2 of which the 4000m2 where the house is, is fenced.The gated plot has a good-sized pool with terraced surrounding, and also a 50m2 building overlooking the pool, housing a "summer kitchen" and oven, plus a bathroom, plus storage space(or a room for older family members, grown-up children, or  guests!!) The 90m2 chalet has a very large covered porch/terrace at the front, and a second one slightly set back where there's a door that opens onto the sleeping area. The main entrance from the terrace opens onto the lounge. The lounge and living room are open plan with a completely equipped  American kitchen and bar to one side. One spacious bedroom with large cupboard space, plus the staircase leading up to the attic-style mezzanine floor leads off the living room. The attic area can be an extra bedroom, living room, or office area, or for extra storage, for example. Off the living room, there's a hall which leads to the family bathroom, the very big master bedroom, plus a utility /storage room, and the second front door. Above this part of the chalet, another attic-type space could be added. This structure is hard-wearing, top quality and especially made to remain at about 21ºC all year round without heaters or aircon(depending on how you use the double-glazed windows and shutters). It is all-electric, using mains electricity and water, and for drainage has a cesspit. The whole plot could be fenced if wished. Also, the lower (bottom half) half of the plot has both water and electricity supply coming into it,  and could even have another house built on it!!
