Lovely Villa with 2 beds and 2 bath, walk to town.. We are proud to present this lovely 2 Bed Villa with Pine guest house, located just a few minutes walk from the small village of Macisvenda. The Villa is 21 years old and sits on a manageable plot of 1000m2, fully fenced and with a walled front entrance with electric gates. We come into the large driveway and have a covered wooden car port, and a 37m2 Pine Guest House, registered and legal and has a large living room / bedroom, a storage room and bathroom. The front of the Villa has a large covered terrace, with beautifully exposed wooden beams, and has been fitted with glazed doors at both ends with sun blinds, making this area a fantastic place to sit end enjoy the Spanish weather for most of the year. We enter into a large open living area, to the left we have a modern fully fitted kitchen, equipped with electric hob, oven, extractor and fridge freezer alongside the utility room where we have the washing machine, dishwasher, deep freeze, and extra fridge freezer and water heater. In front of the kitchen we have a beautiful wooden bar area, and then a large dining room table with the living area at the far end of the room.
