This beautiful villa is located on a plot of up to 15,500 m2 and surrounded by nature and mountains. You can enjoy panoramic views over the valley to the sea. The villa was built in 2009 and decorated in Ibiza style. The house is divided over two floors. The ground floor consists of a spacious entrance hall with built-in wardrobes and a guest toilet, a fully equipped open kitchen with island, a dining area and a sitting area separated from the dining room by a fireplace, a large storage room and a spacious guest flat with two double bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The second floor comprises a master bedroom with a spacious dressing room and an en suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. There are beautiful views from this bedroom. The other three double bedrooms share two bathrooms, each with a shower and a separate toilet. There is also a spacious laundry room on this floor.
