Fantastic ground floor apartment in a rural area with communal pool.   This apartment is located in a quiet typical Spanish village just 15 minutes drive from the sandy beaches and the local town of Mazarron where you have all the amenities.   The apartment has an east facing front terrace with garden beds with lovely plants. The front door leads into the conservatory and from here into the open plan living/dining room/kitchen. Plenty of light floods through to give a light, airy feel to the apartment. The kitchen is finished to a modern standard  with silver goods and a granite work surface.   There are 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom. The lounge benifits from air conditioning and the bedrooms have ceiling fans.   The back patio is Southwest facing and has a pergola for shade. The communal pool and gardens are across the road with plenty of space to put your sunbeds.
