Large living room with french doors to the terrace, with loads of sun (east -south facing), great views to the Resort and the awesome pool. Separate kitchen and utility room. Bedrooms are quite spacious and lightfull; 2 full bathrooms, one of them ensuite. The house is furnished except personal things. It has an allocated outside parking space. The urbanization has a tennis, soccer and basketball court, 9 swimming pools, private security, parks and a lovely meeting social bar.
